MTH at EuroShop 2026: Refrigeration for the Future of Retail
Düsseldorf, EuroShop 2026 — From 22 to 26 February, the German city once again confirmed its role as a global hub for innovation in the retail sector, with around 1,900 exhibitors from more than 50 countries presenting solutions, technologies, and trends for the global retail supply chain.
Among the areas of greatest interest for industry professionals, the Refrigeration & Energy Management dimension stood out, highlighting how refrigeration is no longer just a technical support element but a strategic lever for energy efficiency, operational sustainability, and sales performance in modern stores.
In this context, MTH participated with a strong presence focused on the real needs of the retail market. At our stand in Hall 14 – Stand A35, we showcased our new NOVA plug-in backpack monoblock, designed to ensure high energy performance and adaptability within retail spaces, together with the Algor cold room and the complete range of monoblocks for tables and cabinets—fully customizable solutions developed to meet the layout and operational requirements of retailers.
Discussions with buyers, technical managers, and designers at the show highlighted how retailers are increasingly integrating refrigeration technologies with energy efficiency and sustainability strategies, in line with consumer expectations and the ESG targets of leading retail brands. The ability to offer products powered by the natural refrigerant R290, combined with tailor-made projects, also attracted strong interest from operators looking to reduce environmental impact without compromising performance and reliability.
EuroShop 2026 confirmed that the future of retail lies in integrated technologies, customization, and responsible performance—an area where MTH will continue to invest to support customers and partners in the transformation of retail environments.
