Negative temperature sliding doors

Select type:

Blade

  • Blade edge in anodized aluminium (thickness 151mm), joined to the PVC profile for second gasket;
  • Blade covered with plastic-coated metal sheet for food application colour RAL 9010, thickness 5/10mm;
  • Outside handle: lever;
  • Inside handle: lever;
  • N°2 EPDM double density gaskets on 3 sides;
  • Lower gasket in PVC.
  • Heating cable ~30W/m powered at 220V and put inside the gasket on the blade.

Frame system

  • Frontal frame in PVC, with side frame in PVC, colour RAL 9010; the frame is thermo-welded (welding angle: 45°) up to panel thickness of 160 mm, beyond which it is assembled with joints (assembly angle: 90°);
  • Counter-frame in PVC, RAL 9010, thermo-welded at 45°;
  • Flush threshold model S/4: the frame (2 jambs + 1 transom) is partially (80mm) recessed into the floor; at the base of the frame the threshold system is fixed, consisting of an iron tube (60 x 60 mm) plus a stainless steel tube (60 x 20 mm) containing the heating cable; the threshold system is recessed into the floor so that only the upper part remains visible;
  • Heating cable ~30W/m powered at 220V and put inside the frame.

Sliding system

Rear guide made of:

  1. Aluminium profile that allows the blade to slide in a straight line during opening and closing;
  2. Clamp that, thanks to its sloping level, assures the hermetic closing of the door;
  3. Closing cap for the aluminium profile.

Blade

  • Blade edge in stainless steel 304 (total thickness 151mm, including PVC gasket bearing and PVC additional gasket bearing) thickness 15/10mm, folded and welded;
  • Blade coated with stainless steel 304 sheet thickness 6/10mm;
  • Outside handle: lever;
  • Inside handle: lever;
  • N°2 EPDM double density gaskets on 3 sides;
  • Lower gasket in PVC.
  • Heating cable ~30W/m powered at 220V and put inside the gasket on the blade.

Frame system

  • Frontal frame in PVC, coated with stainless steel 304 sheet thickness 6/10mm;
  • Side frame in PVC, coated with stainless steel 304 sheet thickness 6/10mm;
  • Counter-frame in stainless steel 304 thickness 15/10mm, folded and welded;
  • Flush threshold model S/4: the frame (2 jambs + 1 transom) is partially (80mm) recessed into the floor; at the base of the frame the threshold system is fixed, consisting of an iron tube (60 x 60 mm) plus a stainless steel tube (60 x 20 mm) containing the heating cable; the threshold system is recessed into the floor so that only the upper part remains visible;
  • Heating cable ~30W/m powered at 220V and put inside the frame.

Sliding system

Rear guide made of:

  1. Stainless steel 304 profile thickness 15/10mm, folded and welded, that allows the blade to slide in a straight line during opening and closing;
  2. Clamp that, thanks to its sloping level, assures the hermetic closing of the door;
  3. Closing cap in stainless steel 304 thickness 15/10mm, welded onto the guide.

Sliding system

The patented sliding system “Mirror” is totally symmetrical and doesn’t need any adjustment to change the opening way; it’s made of:

  1. Sliding profile in extruded anodized aluminium, with anti-fall section;
  2. Ramps, or falling bends, assuring a perfect contact between the door and the frame they provide the best insulation between the inside and the outside of the cold room; they are assembled on the closing side of the door;
  3. Cover (optional), made in extruded anodized aluminium it can be simply opened thanks to the hinges assembled on its top, to realize inspection or cleaning services.

Blade/frame system

  • Plastic pulleys, by means of which the door slides along the “Mirror” sliding system; they are adjustable both in height and in depth;
  • Adjustable rear register, by means of which the door slides along the rear guide;
  • Lower closing hook: made of plastic, assembled on the frame on the closing side, during the closing it assures the hermetic contact between the door and the frame;
  • Striker of the lower closing hook: made of plastic, assembled on the blade on the handle side, during the closing of the door it goes into the lower hook and assures the hermetic contact between the door and the frame.

Standard dimensions one blade version

  • Up to 3000x3500mm;
  • When both sides have a dimension bigger than 2500 mm, the blade is divided, horizontally, in two parts (the lower part is realized with H=1250mm while the upper part is given by the difference) and the frame is supplied dismounted;
  • For bigger dimensions this type of door is produced with non-standard spare parts (e.g. pulleys made of stainless steel with aluminium wheels, sliding rail in stainless steel, etc.)

Standard dimensions two blades version

  • Up to 5000x3500mm;
  • When the width is higher than 2500mm the frame is supplied dismounted;
